Jordan McCoy - This Girl Has Got Just About Every Ingredient To Rock Everyone Upside Down As Well As Inside Out
Enter (soon to be fifteen year old) Jordan McCoy - a vocally skilled, charismatic, impossibly sweet, All-American girl having a truly special style about her. I think this girl has each and every ingredient to rock things upside down as well as inside out.
Jordan got my attention three years ago, early June, on the American Idol spin-off television show American Juniors. During the very first minute of seeing her in a personal interview, I just knew Jordan had something special.
Once I watched her perform her first competition song titled 'Stupid Cupid', I knew that was a name that would surely not soon be forgotten. She actually is by far, a wonderful singer not to mention seasoned performer.
With brilliant consistency during the whole summer, that specific 'X' factor was a lot more than apparent as each week went by. Jordan was eventually signed by Diddy (Bad Boy Records) during the early spring of 2005 and her very first CD released after that.
'Just Watch Me' can be a really inspirational song revealing Jordan's special and remarkable sounding vocals and reflecting a genuine style of originality. Not a bad way to start off a national career!
'Next X Boyfriend', one of Jordan's newest on-site listens. It's a masterpiece combination of edgy rock and pop - along with her teaser snippet of 'Good Guys'. Jordan's vocals really are primed to pump you up with pure satisfaction. I just cannot get enough.
Right after listening to these samples, I come off feeling as if eighties pop and modern 'anything-goes rock' are placed in a blender and let loose. The outcome is fairly refreshing.
I believe two things. 1) Diddy decided on a winner. 2) Jordan was chosen by a winner.
Diddy is really a very talented guy who is a producer, writer, actor, performer, clothing designer, and a lot more. He's certainly a role model for young America and is aware of the best way to make things happen with taste.
I feel Diddy will do Jordan justice. In the meantime, tune in to her tunes on the internet by browsing; rock music festivals, rock music festival, or rock music radio. You'll really enjoy her music as much as I do and you can actually listen to up and coming artists at the same time!
