Before anything else, let me state this summary comes from someone who has in fact run both the TVI Express and Pyxism home firms. I registered with both programs, sponsored individuals into both programs, attended webinars, workshops, etc in both programs. I am sharing my experiences so you will not make the same error in judgment.
TVI, also known as Travel Ventures International: I started out with TVI as the compensation strategy was great, the products were good, and the start up costs were cheap, just a $250 one time fee.
Very swiftly people I spoke to saw the superb prospective and they signed up with TVI immediately . As my team grew that is when the difficulties surfaced. First it was difficult to get payment to the company. Second of all, nobody knows accurately who owns the company and that was turning out to be troublesome. But the main issue revealed was something that is disguised in the compensation plan. It is the way the boards split which means your team breaks away from you too. It was shocking to see how quickly my pack was on various compensation boards and my group was fragmented to such a level that none of us could help each other.
Furthermore when people from other teams are on your board and they decide to stop TVI or to refocus on their other roles on other boards then your board stalls. I rapidly stopped recruiting into TVI as it instantly became evident that the TVI corporate entity would make a huge amount of money from people who became stranded on boards and the the greater part of the people joining would not make money, only the few at the top would earn the big bucks. I think it is a TVI Express scam.

Obviously I analyzed their compensation plan more substantially to ensure they did not have the same problem with boards splitting and team fragmentation. Pyxism only has two matrixes in the whole company so you can take advantage from your up line and your people can benefit too! Pyxism is also owned and controlled out of the United States which means it has some of the strictest laws to adhere to. It is not difficult to know who the founder/owner of the company is, Lloyd Wilson. Lloyd has a fantastic track record, knows the travel market and is very available. He does some presentations personally so people understand the motivation and culture of the company and are able to ask him questions. This is so refreshing.
After my thorough analysis of the compensation plan, the items, the start up costs, and the owner of the company, it was apparent that Pyxism solved all the problems I found at TVI. I was so amazed that moved my people from TVI to Pyxism where I know people can be successful.
