These are the components that you need in addition to whatever your company offers for your business. To effectually have the ability to recruit, you need to stand out amongst others. Your individuality and your personality will do that. You only have to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding can make it easy. Your brand really does not need to attract everyone. Underneath it all, folks like to relate to other people. Predominantly if they are just similar to them. They recognize that no one is perfect so when they see some characteristics that shows that they are similar to them, they are easily attracted. Thus we will need the three components of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" which make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must.
